Apart from all the other things wrong with the weekend I don't get the race timings.
If it's meant to attract the USA into F1 as a spectacle to watch seems very odd.

Qualifying start time of midnight which is 3am on the East coast.
Race time of 10pm which is 1am on the east coast.

Hardly going to attract a massive live audience in USA to get engaged. It will just be a news item of something that happened overnight.
