Don’t let her listen to doc as she won’t touch it for a week… worst part for me..
 
My story was that I was all geared for the job, shaved and prepared prior to Sweeney Todd to arrive. The alarm went off and we have to evacuate the surgery due to a bomb scare. Went outside and my mate, who was a copper, ordering people about, giggling when he saw me. Another month of stubble to contend with.
 
Said it before - mine was going well apart from the singing flesh stench but the "oh" from the Dr Contractor brought me up sharp. He lost one of the ends and had to root around to find and cauterize it. I am certain it would have been fine but for that, which caused a fair bit of swelling and discomfort for 2-3 days even with some close fitting underwear.
 
Painful - Injection into the sacks (one then the other after the 1st one cut) was the most painful experience of my 66 years. No kidding . Done in a Durham clinic in my early 40s

after the op was uncomfortable but not painful ... kinda itchy tho
 
Was fine for me though I was told off by the doctor for shaving the wrong area - he said I should have told the wife to have done it as it was beneficial to her 😬😔
 
A GP did mine. He looked like someone from a spaghetti western. His device for the local anaesthetic looked like a gun so that fit. Half way through I felt a twinge so moved a bit. He got his gun back out and started firing away. He then pulled on something that was definitely connected to the back of my throat. In my research I have been unable to find any organ, ligament or muscle connected from my nads to my throat but there is definitely something there. As the wife was pi55ing herself laughing on the way home I felt a bit faint so reclined the passenger seat. She said I did not look well. After we got home I laid in the car for another 15 minutes before gingerly walking upstairs and laid up for the rest of the day. Tight undies are essential for when you go back to work, especially if you stand up a lot. One day in boxer shorts set me back a bit.
 
Painful for about a week after. Procedure was painful but only because the Dr injected one side then cut before the local had taken effect. He slapped my thigh and said "we'll give that a minute".

My balls were very swollen afterwards.
 
Not painful but I got told off for not wearing tight enough underwear. It was weird talking cricket to the Doctor while he carried out the procedure too!

I was back working offshore after 7 days and had no issues at all.
 
It knacked for a few minutes for me as I think the anaesthetic hadn’t kicked in properly. It was fine after that and the recovery fine… just looks a bit ugly for a while.
