TUI flights skids off Leeds Bradford airport

I've never landed at Leeds Bradford, but frequently drive past it and have collected family members and visitors from there it has always struck me as somewhere I wouldn't fancy flying to or from in inclement weather. Hopefully everyone OK on that flight.

I have landed there often. It is a shortish runway on the side of a hill. So I am always a bit nervous when landing or taking off. Compared to a lot of other airports.

You should try flying into Bristol Airport when it's a bit breezy !

Looks like friends flight was an early one. As it has already landed at Málaga. 37 minutes late. Glad they will not get delayed

Jet2holidays flight EXS6NY from Heraklion to Leeds Bradford is diverting to Newcastle after TOM23C skidded off the runway. There could be some reet happy jawdees with their cars at LB.
