as a reaction to Trumps persistent claims about 'vote' rigging and refusing to accept the election. It's called Due Diligence, in the face of fascism. If Trump played with a straight bat there would have been no need for a reaction to protect democracy, honestly man where's your head at?

Trump has persistently claimed that there was widespread voter fraud in 2016, but hasn't given a shred of evidence to back that claim up. He's setting the scene to make exactly the same clam and try and delegitimise democracy. This is his doing, he created the need to bring lawyers to the table, because he has no concept of honouring democracy, of the rights of the voters, of justice, he's a crook.

If someone thinks Trumps a fascist they're hardly gonna flip their opinion and like him on your say so are they? Especially if you're not even gonna bother setting out any case in favour of Trump and it's just "well I like him and I've got a degree!"

If someone else suddenly says well they've got a PHD and they say Trumps a baddie presumably that wouldn't immediately make you change your tune?
