I think the Government has already said that it won't stand in the way of the motion.
Even if they abstain does it still mean the contract correspondence has to be released?They can’t anyway. It an opposition day motion. There will be a vote, unless they can provide a way prevent it. They’re usual trick is to abstain. Which is good because the whole motion is designed as a trap for which way the Tories end up voting.
It will look very bad if they vote against the motion. Voting for no accountability for alleged corruption.
