I followed the payment link and my payment went through and I received a confirmation email from the Club.My email had a payment link, so followed that.
This is what I thought would be the issueYes same here. Spoke to bank who said they approved transaction but mfc authentification failed! Emailing club now.
Totally agree though I find it worrying they are attaching links to emails asking for card details. Goes against all banking advice. Surely they should be asking you to log into your account on the mfc website and submit card details in the season ticket payment section.This is what I thought would be the issue
About a year ago they were blaming the banks for season ticket payments declined when it was them not having updated the way they requested payments
It's a bit worrying the company they use are doing these things when attempting to access our money
