Congratulations and a Very Happy New Year from Oz Block.
I'm sure you son will wonder and be confused like me and probably many others on here if his Dad loved him or loathed him
for introducing him to the Boro.
It was also cruel of my Dad to get me to fall in love with the Boro only to emigrate to Oz when I was fifteen.
So glad that he did though as I still feel a part of the community because of all you guys and our love of the Boro.

Mine passed away some while ago but he did get to see the Boro lift a a cup.
Something that we both always dreamed of.

PS. Block, being a dad is the best and most rewarding thing you’ll ever do. You’ll never have felt love flow through you like you will when the little one arrives (and that’s no disrespect to your partner). It’s so awesome there are no words adequate! No need to be nervous, you’ll be great but don’t be too hard on yourself when you make mistakes - we all do. Give the little one your love and it’ll come back in spades. Best of luck and congratulations!

Absolutely mate. If he doesn’t make it I will make it a pact that we will be there year in year our watching the mighty boro. Can’t wait to watch us at the Riverside again.
