Time up for Lampard?

This was taken from It's a Grand Old Team forum and was from November 22. I wonder if the other is Wilder?

I think 'other' is an amalgamation of several candidates with smaller odds. Usually nonsense and not worth listing individually. Maybe includes Wilder though 🙂

I suspect Wilder's stock has significantly dropped. Particularly with the way Carrick has got the same players playing well and winning.

Wilder has a bit of a conundrum, Prem sides probably don't trust his ability right now after failing here and stropping with the board and flopping at Sheff Utd in his second season. Championship sides probably wouldn't trust his loyalty after his behaviour here.

So where does he go?!

In my opinion, he needs to start all over again at a lower Championship or League 1 club.

He does get a mention on It's a Grand Old Team but it was in a 170 pages.

They need to go get Dyche to ensure their safety.

He would keep them up without any doubt.

Their squad of players isn't great but they're nowhere near the worst 3 in the league.

Lampard is a truly awful manager.

Everton will move this week if not today I’m sure.

I suspect they will go abroad. I don’t see a British option. Vincent Kompany would be a good fit but perhaps too early despite what he is achieving at Burnley.

Because he's not a very good manager. Sure, he motivated his way to a few wins with a Derby with nothing to play for (mostly his old pals doing him a favour).

How he would fare up against some of the very best tacticians in the game in the EPL is a completely different question, and one I'm pretty sure of the answer to.

Wish to "big six" would climb into their spaceship and foxtrot oscar to their "Super League".
Then we can make 4 leagues again and us Champo lads can show these prem-wannabees how real football is played!
Everton on a cold winter night at Rotherham or a trip to Plymouth pzzin it down of rain.
Fantastic

Why are you so sure he is a truly awful manager, I'm certainly not.
He did well at Derby, did well at Chelsea in the circumstances and joined Everton in absolute crisis (they are rotten).

Aa things stand if Everton repeat last night's performance at home to Southampton they could be bottom....a 0-5 would do it

2 points separating 13th to 19th currently

Even changing the manager their going to need to spend, their attack is so poor. Calvert Lewin doesn’t seem fit still and I don’t think Maupay is good enough.

he has enough at Everton to have won more than 3 games in half a season and to be averaging more than a point

It’s been covered numerous times the talent and money that derby had behind them, they didn’t progress under him. 6th to 6th and the squad had been improved

Chelsea had the foundations in place and e nucleus of a good team in place, a decent manager came in and won the champions league with that squad

The evidence points to him not getting the best out of squads and players. Living of his playing reputation and people looking at the surface of what he’s done instead of analysing what he’s actually done

I think it will be Southampton, Bournemouth and one of Everton or Notts Forest to go down. Will highly depend upon Everton's next manager.
