Ticket office still not got it sorted

Just tried to renew season tickets. Two debit cards and two credit cards all refused. FFS! Technical matters beyond their control say the club - you’d think they’d get it sorted given it’s bloody important.
 
I would phone now rather than go online.
But I believe the ticket site is well on the way to fixing it. Fingers crossed it will be fixed before the next game.
 
Didn’t work for me either so I tried saving my card to my account first, then it went through ok.
Have to say the card saving process is full of errors and problems too. Absolute tin pot system.

I rang mine through and it was fine.
But Boro need to get whoever processes their payments to get up to speed with new requirements - and even more so tell whoever is blaming banks etc to stop, and just apologise. It is sending supporters on wild goose chases

The system drove me mad. Got email to renew...all my details when I log in - but says my ticket is with a different log in. No it f,u,c.king isn't!!
Rang through - and clearly at a good time as it only took 5 minutes - and went through no problems

Got the dreaded 'payment refused' message using my debit card that had previously worked OK for match tickets (presume that the greater amount was an issue). Although the card was saved to my account it was never offered to me during the payment process, details had to be entered manually.
On inspection the saved details were a mix of 2 different card numbers. I deleted these details and then re-added the card details and all went through OK. (y)
Tin pot about sums it all up.
 
Mine failed with 2 different cards .. but then I added one of them to my account .. and then selected it at the checkout and it worked without any problems
