Just tried to renew season tickets. Two debit cards and two credit cards all refused. FFS! Technical matters beyond their control say the club - you’d think they’d get it sorted given it’s bloody important.
You’re right, I couldn’t see it in the email, but going back and looking again it’s in a bloody great red banner at the top. Should’ve gone to spec savers15th April 4pm I think.
I rang mine through and it was fine.I would phone now rather than go online.
But I believe the ticket site is well on the way to fixing it. Fingers crossed it will be fixed before the next game.

The system drove me mad. Got email to renew...all my details when I log in - but says my ticket is with a different log in. No it f,u,c.king isn't!!Didn’t work for me either so I tried saving my card to my account first, then it went through ok.
Have to say the card saving process is full of errors and problems too. Absolute tin pot system.
Got the dreaded 'payment refused' message using my debit card that had previously worked OK for match tickets (presume that the greater amount was an issue). Although the card was saved to my account it was never offered to me during the payment process, details had to be entered manually.Didn’t work for me either so I tried saving my card to my account first, then it went through ok.
