These steak places popping up everywhere

They have chosen to open in Hoxton just off the Old Street roundabout in London. Its one of the most vibrant young areas in London so there will be plenty of customers to be had. Its opening in Jamie Oliver’s former restaurant 15 site.

I wonder if they are delaying its opening

Interesting question

If we asked ourselves that question we ought to be able to conclude it is better financially and environmentally. The next question is how important are they to us v a nice bit of Wagyu.
If anyone ends up giving up red meat I suspect they will feel better spiritually and mentally - because, at worse, they would convince themselves of that.

This place is terrible. They will have to improve significantly for the London branch to survive. I Feel they have been lucky there’s little competition up here and people have lower expectations of what a restaurant should be.

Eaten in some of the top restaurants in the world and some of the best steakhouses including Argentina and I rate Tomahawk so I'm assuming you've had a bad experience which is unfortunate but probably not enough to write the whole chain off as terrible?

The brazilian steak houses are tip top...

A buffet of sorts where they constantly bring you slices of meat, chicken and prawns along with salads and breads..

I wonder if they will be able to compete with the Angus steakhouse, which I'm pretty convinced are money laundering organisations.
Not attacking the same market Sheriff. In fact Angus steakhouses will be in deep trouble as they are basically tourist traps. They are only found on busy street corners in the West End catering for the theatre crowds and tourists.

We have one here in Beverley, opened a few months ago.
It’s very popular. Nice to see they have a Parmo on the menu, which in turn also appears to be a hit with the East York’s natives.

There used to be one in Middlesbrough at the bottom end of Dundas Arcade. Some of the Greek places on Linthorpe Road ( The Rendezvous, The Hellenique etc) did just as good stakes.

That sound like quite a lifestyle change, was it just red meat that you cut out that makes you feel much better, or is it a combination of other things along with cutting out red meat?

Sugar too and never been so fit. The difference is incredible. I eat chicken but mostly vegetarian meals and stacks of fruit. I drink lots of water too.

Not easy and I would never preach it but the results are staggering. My energy levels are amazing!

Likewise, but I think its poor value too. The steaks are usually decent quality, but often not cooked as ordered and the menu reminds me of nando's i.e pick your sides from a list.

Not a fan I have to say.
