I'm amazed Blackpool isn't in the running. You step off the main strip and it's like a set from the walking dead.

Shops and hotels in ruins and boarded up. Rubbish everywhere. Just looks like it's been left untouched for decades.

I agree re Blackpool, but I think you're confusing this vote with any sort of reality!

Sunderland is the only place in capitals, and Newcastle is listed twice.
A Geordie is clearly running this vote.

Cleator Moor in Cumbria is in capitals as well.

Surprised Whitehaven and Workington aren't in the running.
