I’ve had a glass of mulled wine with a glut of amaretto in and it was perfect after a good result.

We nipped into a Brasserie for a bit of charcuterie and a glass of Pelforth with a bit of Edmundo Ross playing in the background.

Have just braved the Ashington game only to see us lose 4-0 against a rubbish team, so having been in a great mood earlier after the Boro win I'm now somewhat less happy.

That said, I've discovered that Guinness 0% tastes pretty much like the real thing so I'm pretty pleased with that.

We thoroughly enjoyed yesterday evening with @Littlejimmy in Thirsk. Took a while to thaw out mind after being made to wait to sing for 45 minutes. The couple of pints after with Nicky and LJ made up for it though, one of which was a Saltaire Christmas blonde.

I suggested we do this but our choir leader was having none of it.

Some Dry Olorosso with some nice Iberican Belotta. So charcuterie all round this evening.

And just because I can scarcely believe I got to film Doves in a 200 capacity venue - the best in the land - they were brilliant.
And, obviously everyone wishes Jimi the best on his recovery, but don't be put off seeing them on the tour later this year. Andy and Jez deputised perfectly.

Pleased recovery is going well WeeGord. Good result today. Been on the Becks this afternoon at a friend's watching the Newcastle game. He was not best pleased. Oh well. Back home having a Delirium Tremans. Music new from Phantom Elite
