Just watching It's Only Rock 'N' Roll: Rock 'N' Roll At the BBC on BBC4 and this came on. It took me straight back to being an apprentice at Smiths Dock.

Superb albumDigging through some dusty old albums and discovered this is 40 years old this year!!

Saw the Eagles at the MEN a few years back, and when they say they will be on stage at, THEY WILL BE ON STAGE AT. No dilly dallying on their behalf. Enjoy the fook out of them.

Been to Billingham tonight
Station , Crafty C,o-ck , Crossing Bar, Smiths Arms, Salutation all good
Then we went to Green Hops - which had been open half an hour earlier, and always open until midnight. Doors locked and blinds down!!
Smiths Arms told us to pi.s_s off
Raced to Crossing Bar - and they were good enough to give us a pint to save waiting half an hour for taxis
Somebody else was even later and they served them 2 too. A lad and his girlfriend were not so lucky, but they let them use the loo
So a great night - only partially spoiled by @WeeGord failing to start the thread in time , nearly putting the mockers on our end of night
We are thanking @guisborough_rob for starting the thread in time for us to get a 3rd time of asking and lucky last beer
