Probably don't deserve to be 2-0 up but we've managed the game relatively well since getting there. I expect a drab second half where we just keep the sting out the game
 
The commentator really wanted that to be a penalty, then begrudgingly agreed it wasn't after watching the replay - but since then, he's continued to repeatedly mention the "potential penalty" :rolleyes:
 
2 nil up at half time against a lower league team but still don’t feel comfortable.

Tells you a lot about the confidence I have in our defence.

Yeah it's not great but we are in control and will get the job done.
 
Crooks looks well of the pace, and not surprising with recent workload...would love to see some energy and one of the young lads in there instead, game has passed Crooks by at times

As one of Engel's biggest critics, I think tonight has been one of his best performances in a boro shirt. Apart from letting his man get goal.sode of him for their one chance...
 
Give over everyone.. we've got this .. barring bizarre bizarreness. There;s abosolutley no concept of putting the game to bed in the first half . not in any universe that exists. We are 1 better than I hoped we'd be at half time
