* The Unofficial "Official" Boro v Hull Match-Day Thread *

We have a number of fans who single out a player after defeat. I'm guessing they're looking for that player to make an error on their way to the ground, possibly because he's replacing their pin up boy. We have two at the moment.

They can't acknowledge anything decent that they did because of the red mist clouding their vision.

Have a look at the midfield pairings where we've conceded the most goals in a game. We've conceded 4 once but 3 a few times.
Ok will barlasser be here next season as a starter ???

So back it up then. I have provided multiple examples of his mistakes, yet you can’t seem to recall any of these amazing games he’s had for us this season

Barlaser was very good against Cardiff, Sunderland, Birmingham and Preston. Was some peoples Motm against Preston.
Definitely been poor in last 3 games though.
Not the only one mind.

Did anyone else see Greenwood completely pie off LL when he tried talking to him at the half time whistle? Check it out on the sky coverage. The lad has an attitude problem..

He wouldn't be a starter this season without our injury problems, have you not realised that?

By the way, he created our best chance in the second half, did you notice?
I think he was bought as a first team player given his reputation though he was joint assist maker at the time we signed him.

It just hasn’t worked out not saying he’s a bad player he’s just not the player we need to fill this role.

what are you going on about?
My claims that Barlaser has been overall bad this season, and made numerous mistakes? Not sure how it can be baseless or irrational when there’s evidence in the two goals we conceded last night and one of the goals we conceded against Leeds

also are you aware that belligerent and aggressive mean the same thing? Using them both makes no sense
Footballers all make "mistakes".
Not one of the 25 havent made "mistakes".
Engaging a broad perspective enables all of us to examine and understand the current plight of our club.
That is far more helpful than aggressively finger-pointing.
I`ll leave that with you.

I'm not so sure, it's a squad game and we have two lads in midfield who have largely performed well since they played together a year ago.

He's being scapegoated just as Engel has been, yet some of our recent signings perform nowhere near to the level demanded of Barlaser. Two of those in front of him in particular, the supporting three cost us three points last night. Not a dicky bird about them.

Why are you allowed to say players cost us 3 points and yet we say Barlaser but that is scapegoating 😂😂. What is the difference?

The hypocrisy is real

I thought we flattered to deceive.. they were poor though we lacked quality in final pass & third.
Too many just seemed to be going through the motions & our general play was slow, sideways & backwards..
Disagreed with MC's reading or the game.. we were poor.. & Hull just took there chances..

We are looking a mediocre mid table team & too many players showing that level in their performances, esp last night..
