It's far from the end as 4 wins from our last 6 (or 3 wins and a couple of draws if we beat Huddersfield) could well be enough, but for us to stand any chance then 2 things need to happen;

1) CW needs to rip that lot a new ar$ehole and get them back to basics.
2) Jones needs to be pumped full of whatever drugs he needs to give that illness the boot in the bo11ocks and live in an oxygen tent for as many hours as possible prior to playing the Muff.
 
We were absolutely shocking today. Subs were awful too. Going home mega annoyed after that. I’d fine them all.
 
We cant afford to carry passengers and have faith in players who arent doing their job - we havent got 5 strikers, we`ve got 4. So lets stick with the 4 and do our best.
Hopefully Dael is OK.
We arent out of the play-offs and buried - so lets not get too down.
And if our reserve goalie is fit and ready - lets get him on(y)

Excellent would have been to make that pass when we broke on them in the first half. Second half from his low corner, he had two lollipops out of play, got done for the goal then again on the opposite side. Then managed not to pass to paddy McNair - ok he had a shot but he is not a footballer , he has energy - great!

Agree on the whole.
Unfortunately a pattern has emerged where different "individuals" continue to make the same mistakes.
Chris Wilder has just said live on air "I`m not having a go at Joe, but he has to save that"!
That tells us everything.
In other words?
Yes its a team game, but Lumley let us down badly.

Tav? Get real. Our best player. Needs helping out with competence in other areas so he's not overstretched trying to do everything.

We've badly missed Jones these last two matches.

Lumley's been a problem all season, but we've compounded it by downgrading our options up front in January. Connelly could play every minute for the rest of the season and I doubt he'd score.

Like I said he an excellent first half, we would have been one nil down if he hadn’t been on his toes clearing off the line.

Just heard the manager as effectively saying he was the best player first half but his performance dropped in the second.

There are plenty of other football clubs that will employ him if we let him go.

The weakness of the team are obvious to most people and it is not the midfield and the defence.
