Only consolation is that they'll, have to walk off into the Corner that Houses the Away Fans. Hopefully the Players get the abuse that they fully Today. Please don't ever start Ayling & Thomas again. Djiksteel & Engel may not be World Beaters but at least they play for the shirt & Djiksteel is quick.
Losing Jones to injury has massively derailed our season, so thanks very much for that Mr Hugill!

It's not the formation, the players aren't good enough. This our level & its down to recruitment bad buys & lack of investment

And managers tactics, other managers with less resources than Boro have galvanised a team and got them playing, look at Sheff Wed as an example, dead an buried when there manager took over 3 from safety now.

As I said in another thread recruitment don't just sign a player and give them to a manager, there is an identification process and the manager has to see something and say he can work with 'said' player, this same group of players in different for.ations have pulled off some excellent performances this year so they are capable, do me that is managers tactics as well as the other things you have suggested.
