Man United did the same. Won the league in 1967 and were relegated 73-74.

I think Leicester are shoo-ins to go straight back up.
Leeds and Southampton could quite easily do a Watford and Norwich of this season. Both need new managers, get that wrong and they could be out by Christmas.
Looking forward to next season, should be a cracker.

I think, from a Boro point of view, that's the best 3 to come down from the bottom 4. I would've preferred Forest instead of Leicester, but I still don't think they will find it easy next year. Be interesting to see who stays and who goes at the King Power.

I’m not sure Dean Smith will be kept on. I think they may go for Mark Robins it’s just a hunch I’m not in the know.

Leicester could sink like a stone.
The Chairman wont answer questions - apart from an article in one programme - hasnt answered questions all season.
7th highest Prem wage bill.
No permanent Manager.
7 players have just said "goodbye" and 7 more have only a year to run.
They left it too late to sack Brendan Rodgers.
They may be all teary-eyed now, but they have to wake up to the new reallity.

Big Sam can walk away having trousered over a £M and probably Dean Smith too.
A lesson that poor leadership from the Chairman and Management cant be rectified by a late change in Manager.
Its always fans that take the emotional punch whilst others walk away.
We saw what happened when we got relegated with that disgraceful points - deduction.
But we had the balls to fight back.
