The Toast Sandwich

Does anyone else make toast sandwiches? I like egg and bacon toast sandwiches with chilli sauce and mango chutney.

Note this is NOT a toasted sandwich which is an entirely different beast.

Just a simple fried egg (2 if i'm feeling posh) with a slice of ham and some grated cheese does the trick for me.

I'm glad that i'm not the only one who appreciates the difference between a toast sandwich and a toasted sandwich!
