The Scottish & Welsh underrepresented On TV

The relevance is that you, as someone who lives in London, is quite clearly not going to see what bias might exist in media given it is mostly based in London, as you've perfectly demonstrated here in this thread.
Now you seem to think because CBeebies is based in Manchester, this somehow undermines that observation, which is odd considering London is correctly referred to as the UK's media capital and is a huge contributor to London's economy and employment stat. And that you think much of the UK's media is based in Manchester, perhaps you could tell me which of the current national newspapers are based there, and their parent companies, or any other print media, or maybe where the company that owns Manchester Evening News is based.
How many prominent advertising agencies are based in Manchester, or the publishing companies, or national radio organisations, or mainstream news broadcasters?

Bbc news?

What a strange accusation they. Because I live in London I can't see bias and regional difference. You're making the mistake of thinking o have a parochial and local centric mind set. Nothing could be further from the truth. My actual office is in Salford Quays so yes I can see both sides. Also my trtra goes past media city UK and, trust me on this, there is a tonne of media there. Including, as I have said again,BBC news.

The very same BBC News that is currently based in Broadcasting House, London?
You've really not thought this one through have you? So desperate you are for utterly meaningless quarrel.
And of course, absolutely no attempt to clarify what qualifies as much media in Manchester when directly asked.

I’m not desperate for a quarrel. Apologies I know you’re grumpy today. I have a big bee in my bonnet about people with chips on their shoulder which is why I reacted. I’m still correct as well, there’s a huge amount of media in Manchester and in context of representation our two flavour of the month actors are scousers. It a bugbear of mine, people with chips on their shoulder complaining about London bias in every aspect of life, hence why I corrected you here

Only in Smalltown's demented reality could one claim that BBC News is based in Manchester when it's actually based in London and be considered correct. :ROFLMAO:

I'm refuting your claim that all media is based in London. On the grounds that, well, it isn't

The people in Scotland may have been, and I've seen some decent stuff on BBC Scotland. Their radio station isn't bad either, certainly better than the rubbish put out by the 'independents' across the country
Started watching Guilt on BBC - from BBC Scotland. A sharp, wry drama about a corrupt Edinburgh lawyer. It is very watchable; has something of Nordic Noir about it. Head and shoulders above anything that, say, ITV presents. Oh, and Scottish actors too.

And there we have it. Smalltown as always resorting to his usual insidious lies and misrepresentation when he needs to fulfill his desperate need for quarrel.

Not to you because you literally don't understand words and purposefully lie about what people have posted when you've lost the argument.

Sigh. You said we had a London based media. I said it wasn't all. A large proportion was in Manchester. No matter how you want to argue you it, or how much you go back to the pointless personal abuse, this fact still remains true.

I never used the word 'all'. I did use the word 'majority' however.
As I say; you literally don't understand words and purposefully lie.

Your two petty insults contradict each other here.

Put away the anger. I'm just saying you need to get rid of that chip on your shoulder and stop thinking media has a London bias when so much of it is outside. That's all. Stop with the personal stuff

Well I never, just spent 2 minutes reading this thread and not one mention of the 'B' word by ST. There is still time though.
