Does the overbearing London-based media really represent anyone outside the M25?
That said, I recall the BBC putting millions into BBC Scotland and no one was watching the programs they were creating.
Not for long though. She's resigned and is moving to radio 4.We have Laura Kuenssberg on the box all the time, what have we done wrong.

The media just isn't about advertising products. The Greater London area has the most diverse group of people in the country in terms of background and socio-economic groupings and is around a fifth of the population. If you cater for them you have a good chance of getting eyes or ears on your product regardless of where that audience is elsewhere.
More dumbing down at R4.Not for long though. She's resigned and is moving to radio 4.
The people in Scotland may have been, and I've seen some decent stuff on BBC Scotland. Their radio station isn't bad either, certainly better than the rubbish put out by the 'independents' across the countryDoes the overbearing London-based media really represent anyone outside the M25?

There is a God, slanty mouthed bint. Not for long though. She's resigned and is moving to radio 4.
Is this the London Based media that is all in Salford Quays?Does the overbearing London-based media really represent anyone outside the M25?

I've only ever bothered to make two complaints to the BBC and they were both about her. Hilarious that some people think that the BBC is biased towards the left when they employ people like her.We have Laura Kuenssberg on the box all the time, what have we done wrong.
You do realise the first 2, the biggest by far, are in Salford quays don't you?Yes, that's the one. Salford Quays home of the BBC, ITV, News UK, BT, Virgin Media, Reuters, Sky, CNN, ITN, Channel 4 (for now), Channel 5, Northern and Shell, Reach, DMG, every national newspaper, the parent company of many regional/local newspapers, magazines and other print media, Riverside Studios, Broadcasting House, South Bank, publishing, the vast majority of UK advertising agencies, Soho, most of the nation's film and TV and radio HQs.
Oh, wait...
My point is you seem to be looking at a bias thay isn't there. With so much media in Manchester it seem disingenuous to complain about a London bias. By disingenuous I mean wrong I guessThey have a presence in Salford Quays, yes. The mast majority of their operations are not there however.
And do you realise that the media isn't just BBC and ITV, the vast majority of which is based in London.
I'm trying to understand what your point is here, but yet again it appears you don't actually have one.
Not sure what the relevance is there. Other than of course you just being personal rather than taking about the subject. Which is your thing I guess.Says the London dweller.
What an absolute joke.
