No idea. I know nothing of it.Why on earth would they want to be exempt from race and discrimination laws?

Google is your friend. No idea. I know nothing of it.
And of course you are perfectly entitled to your opinion, as are we all…..I've not read the thread. I've been respectful and left well alone the last 11 days
But just to get it off my chest, I'm not a fan of the royal family and have found the whole national grief thing embarrassing. With the state of this country at the moment, millions spent on some historic pageantry seems ridiculous to me.
But kind of says it all about this country, its people and is why we have someone like Liz Truss in charge now. Someone that will royally fk this country up, in the couple of years she has in charge. Mini Maggie hasn't a compassionate bone in her body. A career politician with horrible right-wing ideals (these days!), she will spoil for war, work tirelessly to make the richer, richer and has zero compassion for the majority. But hey she's not a Leftie!
If only the majority of this country had a brain...
I think this would also explain the viewing figures for Mrs Browns BoysI think that what has happened here is that 3.5 billion of those people turned the telly on and immediately turned it off and then turned
it back on an hour later and saw that it was still on only to turn it off again....... ad infinitum.
That would make more sense
so you agree that she said nothing. The women died in a horrific accident, and the public expected comment....the queen went and hid in Scotland to avoid saying anything. Blair chased her down and had to pressure her into saying something.
sometimes, saying nothing, is saying everything.so you agree that she said nothing.
very poetic, but still doesn't count as Vilifiedsometimes, saying nothing, is saying everything.
Who knows, but she was bloody happy about itWait? The Queen had a hand in the death of Diana?
Was she? You know that for fact?Who knows, but she was bloody happy about it
well she certainly wasn't sad enough to tell the country when it was expected, and it took Tony Blair to point out the damage she was doing to her reputation to actually get her to say anything. Keep that head buried thoughWas she? You know that for fact?
Like to see the bill for it.Did you not think today was great for our country ? Im not massively into the Royals or anything but i thought it was amazing from start to finish and brought most of the country together. Imagine just being a boring republic ?
sounds brilliant, better than an emotional monarchy. Boring is adult & practical. Emotional is immature & harmful.Imagine just being a boring republic ?
Tony Blair the ethical, noble and righteous gentleman himself? The man who has more blood on his hands than a blood bank, that Tony Blair?well she certainly wasn't sad enough to tell the country when it was expected, and it took Tony Blair to point out the damage she was doing to her reputation to actually get her to say anything. Keep that head buried though
I know right, and in that moment even he was more moral than the Queen, whodathunkitTony Blair the ethical, noble and righteous gentleman himself? The man who has more blood on his hands than a blood bank, that Tony Blair?
Let’s not speculate BM, none of us know what went on really. All we can be certain of is that there’s more chance that the queen will be delivering this years Christmas speech than Britain becoming a republicI know right, and in that moment even he was more moral than the Queen, whodathunkit
Why do they need money anyway. They surely don't pay for anything. Bet Chaz has never had a credit card declined for lack of funds. Does he even have a credit card.If we could strip then of 95% of the assets they acquired then I would be happy for them to them stay as head of state.
