Totally disagree. It ramps up to being an opera with appropriate soundtrack. It's the only direction it could go.

I expected Part III to be a lot worse than it was based on the reputation.

It's nowhere near as good as the first two, but it was still a decent enough film.

It was on Paramount mate. I don't have that subscription anymore so can't check it. It's really good though if you get the chance to watch.

My issue with number 3 is Sofia Ford Coppola's acting and the casting of Andy Garcia. Some genuinely iconic moments (helicopter scene in particular and Don Altobello in general). I agree it's not nearly as good as 1 or 2, but still decent.
