What else can I tell you .... ten bases and some field hospitals are being built in Romania. The bases intended to cope with 2 to 10,000 people.
Some stuff from yesterday
"Oil
Russia is in **** creek now in regards of oil.
They just ordered Belarus to supply 50 million barrels per year from now on to supplement what they produce themselves.
This is the entire Belarusian output, and it is far from enough.
Obviously the Belarusians will not be happy about having no fuel.
The other large supplier of Fuel to Russia is Kazakhstan.
One does not need to ponder that much over if Kazakhstan will shaft Russia, it is more a question about when.
Now do you really need to ponder if Budanov will hit a few more oil refineries.
Now, many are asking themselves why Russia is not defending their refineries, after all without those there will be no war for Russia.
Thing is that the refineries have asked for Air Defence systems to be placed around them by the Russian army.
But, the Russian army in their stupendously stupefying wisdom has decreed that the refineries will have to sort that out themselves.
Besides the implication about the availability of Air Defence Systems and Missiles, it also speaks volumes of the shortsightedness of Russia.
Where the heck are the refinery owners supposedly get Air Defence Units and Missiles?
After all the Russian army is getting what little is produced already.
Budanov is though happy about the endemic and emetic Russian stupidity, after all it makes it much simpler for him to blow up more refineries, deeper and deeper, as longer ranged drones become available he will get them all.
And, he will obviously tap the already hit ones again.
The Russian Government are now making certain that there will be priorisations and quotas for fuel.
1. Russian Defence Force
2. Defence Industry
3. Other essential Industry
4. Farmers
5. The rest
There will be a quota system put in place shortly, and then there will be a free market with market prices that will be extremely high, and obviously a black market with soldiers emptying their tanks to sell oil, and others selling larger amounts.
Oopa!

Not much is happening really.
Avdivka is contested right now with both sides swapping small fields back and forth.
But none are making any real progress, Ukraine is sort of happy for now with this.
Chasiv Yar is highly contested by Russia, buthere they are getting nowhere while loosing quite a lot of soldiers and equipment, it is clear that this is the new area of main offensive, at least for now.
But, next week Rasputitsa is expected to set in, so if they want to continue the offensive they will have to take a healthy mud bath.
Same is basically true for the Kupyansk sector, ambling Russians being boofed by drones and artillery.
Down at Robotyne Russia is pushing hard, but so far not really getting any traction, this will probably become the new main offencive of Russia since the area is less prone to be Rasputitsa'd to ****.
In Kherson the distance between the Oleshky and Krynky salients have shrunk considerably, Krynky and Kozachi Laheri are still active, but right now the focus is at Oleshky to expand the bridgehead there.
The reason is simple, it is a spot where it is fairly easy to build and sustain a pontoon bridge later on, and it has a good port facility that can be used if the bridgehead is increased sufficiently.
Russia is now having a slow negative movement here, and the slow implosion is still ongoing.
In general the Russian offensives are though coming to a halt, both due to weather and staffing/equipment issues.
And this for now suits Ukraine fine since they are slowly getting the upper hand in the artillery war again, so they can return to shelling and droning Russians while eating borstj for the next couple of months.".
The Russians are now sending troops to Bilhorod and, for some reason, blowing up bridges across the oblast.
I suspect the next update will be tomorrow.
