The end?

I can’t get my head around the fact this hasn’t been a much bigger news story. Well, I mean I can, given the media and political influence of the ‘baddies’ in this scenario but even so, it’s still soul destroying that it’s not received wider coverage and condemnation

It's been on a few online news outlets, but I don't recall it been on television or radio. I only found it on the BBC website by doing a search

I presume the Malta incident was an Israeli drone attack on a ship that was sending aid to Gaza.
I posted a link to this because, even with Isreal's record, I did not think even they would attack a humanitarian ship in the med.

I suppose it is reassuring that this incident is actually provoking the responses that it should.

A Secret
People tend to think that generals are warmongers, we may sound like it, but it is my experience that we hate war more than most. We know but to well the price of war. And I think I hate war more than most.
I have wanted to read something like this for years but I have a hard time actually believing it.

For the moment it is just a question of time before the US is done with the quiet part of their quiet invasion of Panama. And that will be that. Not much we can do about that.
The US also have pretty much in place all they need to start a proper war in Yemen, and that will bring in Iran into the conflict. Not much to do with that either, more than stay the hell out of it.

So, Yemen houthis have landed a bomb in Tel Aviv - I struggle to see how a single missile gets through the iron shield - or whatever they call it.

israel want an escalation to excuse the final clearance of Gaza - Iran will come in to defend the Houthis if things are ramped up. Where does that leave the UK since we seem to be sucking up to the yanks by bombing Houthis to 'protect shipping lanes' when nobody else seems to feel they need to? Are we going to be the usual Yank lapdog and just join in?

A couple of days ago one thing nobody expected happened near Malta. We got very close to a war at that point. 54 seconds away to be exact. I will not go into details of who did it, but I think you can guess.
Thankfully nobody died, and that tipped the point towards us not opening retaliatory fire and all hell would have broken out. Now instead quiet steps are being taken to ensure this will be more unlikely to happen.
Would this have been the EU opening fire on Israel, starting a war with Israel? I dare say the UK would not have been involved?

Not a chance that the EU opens fire on Israel . The escalation risk here would have been that the attackers were identified as "Axis of Resistance" or Russia.

RuSSia intends to take Kyiv in a 3 day SMO.

3 years later seems like the foreign dignitaries are politely declining invites to a Red Square procession in Moscow due to forecasts of kaboomy things heading from the UKR direction.

**** Putin
Bad day to be only the 'Deputy' Defense Miniter. Does he not have someone he can this delegate too?

Professor Gerdes on Youtube shared a video of Trump apparently saying that "Russia will have to give up All of Ukraine". I know its probably Trump trying to force Putin to a deal, but you have to hope that both of them stay pig headed and Trump is forced into making it happen.

I imagine the Kadyrov reports are proper head scratching times for Russian analysts.

Overnight, while russia was targeting civilian housing, Ukraine hit the main producer of fibre optics in Russia.

Sounds like Pootin may not enjoy his "Victory" parade as much this year...

Yep, with Putin moving all his remaining AD to Moscow, AFU decided to take advantage of the open door. Ditto Kursk... Putin pulled the North Koreans out and sent them to Pokrovsk ... leaving the door open for Ukraine to poop on Putin's parade.

Now this is just my thinking .... I'd be considering a swarm of drones over Moscow for the parade. Not to target the parade and onlookers, but to have air defence missiles going off all over the shop, while the foreign "dignitories" that are there bab their pants.

I'm imagining this with some drones landing in Red Square without causing damage. Acute embarrassment in front of world leaders.

Would the damage to Putins reputation be enough for him to be deposed.
