Totally flat in the stands and no passion on the pitch!!

I think that's the quietest I've heard the South stand for a very long time.

It's February and the season is probably over and this is showing both on and off the pitch.

It's going to be a long slog now till May but I'm still standing by what I said earlier in the week, next season will hopefully be a different story.
 
I think apathy has well and truly set in.

It's been such an underwhelming league campaign, so few highlights (Leicester and Sunderland wins aside).

Poor start has cost us - win 2 or 3 of them and we are right in the playoff mix.... oh well

2024/2025 Middlesbrough will be CHAMPIONS !!
 
I think they needed to go back to basics with the songs today… trying to hard to find some sort of edgy act.. they need to get the fans singing rather than showboating..
 
It’s been a very tough watch at home this season. Don’t have much confidence in this team.

I’m glad the next 2 games are away. Probably have a better chance.
 
The latest very flat atmosphere, but that isn’t helped by how poor we are at home. Today was the latest game where we start so slow and badly. The crowd and team needs to feed off each other, but at the moment the team is putting in some pretty rubbish performances at home.
 
Season was over in January, what can you expect? Club has given up already, can’t expect the fans not to follow
 
We've not played consistently well in months.

Fans don't respond to *****.

We finally started to play well in the second half, the atmosphere picked up.

Do you genuinely believe it will be better? My concern is that as soon as any player shows genuinely ability we raise the ‘For Sale’ flag. I will renew of course, but I cannot see how we will be promoted given our current operating model.
 
First game first along time I've came home without a sore throat just couldn't be arsed with that team today

No home league win this year , starting slowly , going 2 down and given the run around by a mid table side who played extra time on Wednesday .
Yep the crowd are surely at fault .
 
Leaving after 80 minutes.. needs knocking on the head. Lots of football still to play at that point.

Ruins the atmosphere, obstructs the view of the game and it must be demoralising for the players.

Can we please treat this with the same energy and importance as pitch incursions, smoke bombs and offensive chanting.
