The Apprentice

There is some interesting stuff on tiktok from previous contestents, talking about how you get made to look like an utter spanner for stuff outside of your control

team names all need vetting by production, stuff on the list they often do actually find but then a lot of people wont consent to footage being used so it gets scrubbed and you get a fine, and often the direction a team goes in a task is dictated by production, so often they know they're going to get hammered but they cant say in the board room "well, we did find it, but Phil said we can't use the footage"
The Market Research is done after the product/device is produced.. the graphic designers don’t bother their arses at all.. any professional would not allow the stuff to go out in the manner that it does.

Those treasure hunt tasks seem to be done without internet searches.. it’s almost like their given a yellow pages and told to get on with it.

The food task was interesting in that they don’t seem to be able to taste or test anything apart from the first thing they go for.

Would be interesting to be on the show I guess., the lad tonight could have kept in it and fell on his sword in the meeting rather than looking like a snake.. he could have came out of it with some dignity.

I thought he did have a bit of dignity in that he recognised they had sprinkled bits on dogshìte, and decided not to give Sugar the money shot. I think he might also have had a moment of clarity seeing the life of obeisance poor old Tim has signed up for.

He could have backed his team and took the blame for it all.

Brilliant task this week. Banking services for children sold via the medium of cute app characters. Capitalism at its rock hard erectest.

Hope that poor lad doesn't see his future in professional poker. Reacted to his sacking like a bat in the nuts.
