He made a snarky comment to one of the lasses about being his first candidate who wanted to work from home. For having the audacity to not work 9-5 and go to the gym at lunchtime. That sort of thing.

He is indeed. Hence the 1980s suit and Charles Tyrwhitt vibe in the boardroom. All the old guys - Sugar and last week Stuart Rose - can't envisage a working corporation that doesn't have a big office, an outer office, and a line of human collateral queuing to pay tribute.
