That’s how good we are

Blackburn are a weird team though. They still haven't had a draw this season. They've lost half their matches, the same as 2nd bottom Blackpool and only 1 fewer than the bottom team Wigan. They are the only team outside the bottom 3 to lose 12 or more. They have a negative goal difference as well.

I can see why though. They have some good attacking players but their midfield is weak and their defence is slow. Must be frustrating to watch because when it works with their attackers they must fly but when it isn't clicking they are getting pulled apart.

Before we signed Forss, Brentford fans said he's an unbelievable finisher.
I think they may have been right!

What they were wrong about was he doesn't do much else! He never stops and he's got just as many assists as goals! It's took him some time, but not bad for a development striker!

What’s impressive is 2 of his assists have been with his noggin. Blackpool and Blackburn
 
That was an excellent result. Never a red card for them, but equally I haven't seen a camera angle where they looked onside for the opener.

five team below us have a game in hand, and are less than 3 points behind us, so we are not in a play off spot yet.

Well done this Middlesbrough side. Well done indeed.
 
On the subject of the red card,whilst I agree it should never be a red card in a million years you can't throw a ball at someone's head and in the current climate expect no punishment.

Referees now are not allowed common sense and pretty much officiate like robots.

If one of our players did the same he would be vilified on here and rightly so.

Excellent 3 points last night and great resilience after going a goal behind, I've seen us play a lot better and not win but who cares.

We have a lot to be positive about right now and I for one can't wait for Birmingham.

If the recruitment team can add a couple of exciting additions to an already decent squad we should be well and truly in the play off shake up.

There’s an air of big jack here. Like jack, carrick is a rookie that has come in and moulded a set of ok players into winners.
