I defended him when he played for us as I didn't think he was as bad as people made out but he can **** right off after that, glad he got boo'd out of his home town.
 
Some bloke who sits behind me clapped him off, couldn't work that one out.

Was a completely needless push on Jones. What a blow it will be if Jones isn't fit for Chelsea. Will probably mean we won't be able to play with wing-backs.
 
Wanted him to do well when he was here.. thought he let himself down with his constant shythousery.. the profit from the bamford sale paid for his loan fee.. Tony Pulis man.. pure blag.
 
His career has been embarrassing since he left Preston for West Ham. Obviously he is probably a millionaire so won’t care what we think but watching him today and I couldn’t help but think “how is he a professional footballer”.

To play devil’s advocate slightly, if he’s a professional he should play equally as hard/dirty as he usually does in every game. They need the points and there’s no room for sentiment.

Is very disappointing to lose Jones though, but I don’t think we should be taking it personally. We’ve had a lot of injuries this season, it’s just unfortunate.

I obviously haven’t watched all Rotherham games, but he didn’t play like that when he played for Boro. If he did “play like that every game” he would have had 20 yellow cards this year.
