Depends on the time of your flight and how many other flights are leaving at the same time. I slept in for my 6am flight a few months ago and only arrived half an hour before and got straight through and straight on the flight. It was great but I wouldn't recommend it though. I'd say leave your self an hour once you get there and you should be fine.

Thanks, we’re on the 06:20 to Schiphol and don’t want to be leaving to arrive 2 hours before as requested by KLM.

Absutely no need to arrive 2 hours before. I'm a frequent flyer with work and I always travel via schipol. 1 hour before is plenty of time.
 
Let me know if there's any other info you need on travelling to Schipol. Whether you are travelling through or staying in Amsterdam.
 
I take the early flight to ams often and you can get there with 30-40 mins to the flight departing . No probs . Where else can you have a 6.20 flight and set your alarm to wake you up at 5! Brilliant
