The hanger in question as been at the airport for years so doubt it’s anything to do with Bens pals. The Gazette ran a story about it sometime back when the small plane owners were moved out.

Maybe I’m mistaken but I’ve read Musgrave and Corney are heavily involved in the business park development. Would it surprise anyone if they had options on buying the land cheap like they have at Teesworks?
