Person asks for examples of a goalkeeper making clear errors. People present examples. Person is grateful. Other people appear to think asking the initial question means person thinks goalkeeper is good, reliable, error free.

Do people bother reading the whole post before replying or just pick bits out?

“Has Lumley cost us any points or made any real mistakes since he won his place back under Wilder?”

I think it rather suggests that.
"Has Lumley cost us any points or made any real mistakes since he won his place back under Wilder? I can't think of any. And the moments when he takes his time to play the ball out, and opposition strikers get really close to him and there's an audible outpouring of doubt from supporters, don't count. He's been generally fine under Wilder, hasn't he? The Hull goal was awful but other than that I can't really remember a moment where you can pin something on him regarding a goal or points dropped."

THE HULL GOAL WAS AWFUL BUT OTHER THAN THAT.

He’s a poor keeper he’s made constant mistakes not just the Hull game.

SO yes is the answer.

Which ones?

We have Hull and QPR. Those are clear errors and he should not making them. There was one or two at the start of the season, possibly QPR at home? There might've been another at home as well. But I did say since Wilder arrived. Aside from Hull, I couldn't think of any clear errors until others mentioned Loftus Road. I didn't think it was that big a deal to ask the question TBH.

Personally I think he's important to the way we play and daniels is much less confident playing the ball at the back and we'll miss him for that.

Saw this on Twitter

Lumley's error this weekend was shocking. BUT I really hope we can stick behind him, has made a few other mistakes this year but hes still young for a keeper and it's only his second season as number 1. Bags of potential if he can improve distribution and concentration
