Only my humble opinion of course. Crooks had looked Jaded before his suspension but for me he has to come straight back in. He gets stuck in, is a threat on set-piece and in the air and is good for a goal. I do like Tav centre but he has the energy to get up and down the line as LWB. Ive added possible alternatives of how Wilder will probably go.

Thre is not a cat in hells chance he will leave McNair out (unless Injured)

I would agree that Crooks should come back as he offers us a lot in both boxes.

The only way he can do that in my view is to drop Bola and play Tav left wing back
 
Bamboozle everybody by doing the worlds first side-to-side formation description rather than the usual back-to-front.

The 3-4-3 "pass to Coburn" wing overloads system.

The left hand 3 - Bola, Tav, Watmore
The centre 4 - Fry, McNair, Howson, Coburn
The right hand 3 - Dijksteel, Jones, McGree

Whichever side we attack down, there's 3 wingers. No need to spread out! Maximum confusion by all crashing into each other and competing over who gets to put in the cross. Like when a couple of players line up for a free kick but more aggressive. Coburn stays in the middle and nods in the goals. By my calculations he should score about 7 or 8 goals a game playing this way.

There is no way Tav should be moved from the centre, he is our most important player there. When he has been tried as a left wing back the whole team has suffered with imbalance and a lack of energy. It is not the time of the season to be tinkering with the formation.

I agree, that is why in my formation, it gets Crooks much needed height back in the team, which in turn gives us better balance on the right. Mcgree looks capable of playing as a number 10, give him freedom and can occasionally mix it up switching him and Tav the odd time to make life harder for their defence. I think it will be solid, fluid and more creative and Josh adds height too and is a decent finisher in the making.

If needs be we have Watmore’s workrate, pace and nack of scoring as a sub against tiring defenders. Be interesting to see his starting 11.
 
I don't know what diet Howson has been on but he looks a stone underweight, he was panting after 10 minutes.

I had him down as my Player of the Season but starting to think it is Dijksteel
