So I'm really tempted in the new year to really try change my diet for a multitude of reasons. Mainly because of the absolutely horrific videos you see and I just think to myself that I don't want to be part of that reason anymore.
I know people are like 'mmm bacon ' or like to make jokes about it, but I was wondering if anyone had some real advice on how to make the transition.
I'm not a fan of vegetables so I'm wondering how on earth I'll eat without starving myself
Any advice will be welcomed, I'm not 100% sure I'll manage to do it, but I'll give it a damn good go
