Surprised at the lack of joy and excitement on here

Thank you roofie, can listen to NW all day, great manager & I totally agree, the Championship is the best league too

Still buzzing that he's here, he's always so positive & talks well & as I've said before, it's one off my bucket list, he's also knocked off one of his wishes & that is to work for Steve Gibson

I'm relieved that we have stayed in this division.
What will happen next season and beyond?
I certainly don't know that, but I do know this club will always be in my heart.
They've been responsible for some of the biggest highs and lows i've known.
Sometimes inspirational, often infuriating, always my Boro.

No one should feel any joy after that season, nothing short of a disaster from the beginning.

Hope we get some clarity on Warnocks position over the next few days, will feel slightly optimistic for next season once that is sorted

As Neil Warnock said, lots of doom and gloom merchants on fan forums.

I ask again, how would you feel if we were down?

Just relief for me. Don’t think I have felt joy or happiness for along time with the boro. I will get joy if Warnock stays on and he gets chance to bring in his own players and makes us competitive . Something we can all get behind

Yes, because that is a great comparison.

That Newcastle win isn't a great comparison. We'd not long been out of liquidation and had been on a journey with that team full of local players. And we'd have been down if we hadn't got a result. And it was a Derby and stopped them going up.
