Suede

Always forget about these. Saw them a few years back in London, they were excellent .

Would love to have been old enough to see them tour the first couple of albums. Seemed there was a genuine "movement" behind them in those days.

A band I've always found to be a bit hit and miss. They've made some classic songs over the years and whilst this isn't as good as some it's still pretty good and has me curious enough to hear the new album.

A band who need to be seen live to be fully appreciated - don’t think they’ll ever be able to capture the magic of the Bernard Butler era though

Followed all through my Uni days, brilliant band. I have never seen them live but the Glastonbury gig they did a few years back, oh my days!!

Animal Nitrate and Love the way you love are personal fav's.

Great band, some belters but a fair bit of filler on some albums too - saw them onbce years back but would love to see them live again

Liked Brett's books as well "Coal Black Mornings" and "Afternoons with the Blinds Drawn"

I saw them by accident once before they released that first album. I just turned up at a pub and they were playing. They were great live but when I bought the album it was overproduced crap. It was way too clean and polished. Put me right off. And then Bernard left and I never really liked the later stuff.

Saw the pre and post lockdown and they were as good as the first time I saw them with Butler. Richard Oakes is an underrated guitarist.
Saw them about half a dozen times and since they're formed they have been great. Brett is a top frontman.
