Mrs is off to Sweden for the weekend to close our place up for the winter. Out for a couple tonight, back in time for the Rugby and a takeaway.

Tomorrow AM scouring the local charity shops for some bargain CD finds :) followed by a couple more and home for England games (both codes). Throw in BBQ mid afternoon I think. M and S kebabs coming out of my ears which should be plentiful for my eating needs over the weekend.

Opening match of the rugby season! Albiet only a Premiership cup match. Then, on another rugby note, I'll be watching Argentina win their first match of this world cup.

Sunday is the much more exciting task of sending my wedding ring back for repairs. Excitement.

Also I'll TRY and catch some of the 6h Fuji but I can't imagine Mrs ST being too keen on that given she has to suffer with 5 weeks of world cup rugby.

"I'll be watching Argentina win their first match of this world cup."

Oh come on now @SmallTown, I have listened to numerous podcasts which have managed to eradicate all previous memories of England's performances and I am now filled with massive excitement at our road to lifting another World Cup! :)

France / New Zealand tonight, what a way to kick it off!!! Scotland South Africa as well on Sunday!! Bring on this next 8 weeks

Going to B&Q late Saturday evening when its quiet with my mask on as a highlight.
Two of my sons while they are in the country have fitted 50ft of PVC drainage channels to the side of my drive for me. I just watched them do it all out of the window tbh.

Had my last Chemo yesterday afternoon, had a CT scan last week, so see the Oncologist on the 12th Sept and Lung health on the 21st. Hopefully good news. Chance scan they were doing caught it before it spread to the Lymph system and I had a big op, but it will soon be Christmas :giggle:
