I honestly thought that the money from the Tav and Spence sales would have been spent last transfer window if he had a manager he trusted completely. I also think part of that money will have went on the club behind the scenes already, the costs that us as fans don't actually see. I trust Gibson and I think he's the best chairman/owner we could wish for.
