I've seen him too, though never made a connection. Well there's a bit of a physical resemblance, and Paul (the younger) was born in Scarborough which is where Stephen's family moved to when he was about 4, before they all moved to Lancashire. Its a spooky coincidence, but I'm wondering if Paul's surname is spelt differently as some kind of stage name, and that they are actually brothers??

You might be right, I was convinced they were brothers, but there’s no mention on Paul’s wiki and sure there would be if they were. I first saw Paul in a small venue in Sheffield around 1995, mates and I were impressed enough to go and watch him do the same set again there about six months later!
 
I first met him at the MSS do mentioned, and somewhere have photos of me, him and Steve Gibson. He then came to work with me and was excellent, though it didn't end well for him. He also did some work for my charity which he was nervous about to begin with but had an absolute ball in the end. I have a lot of time for Stephen and am very happy at this outcome.
