My sons is a under 11 St, when you go to check out its classed as under 18, I think this is why it's causing the error.

This is the standard approach, you need to set up brief details of the recipient and then assign the ticket to them. Doesn’t take long and I use the same people every time, irrespective if who’s attending.

All the error messages i get, my sons ST is for an U11, must be problem with that.

It a faff on. I wanted mine loaded on my card so chose the option, then the next drop down box is untitled but clicking on it shows my details in tiny writing. It took me awhile to realise I had to highlight this before it took me to the payment page.

Looks like my season ticket is not linked to my account. Will have to phone tomorrow, which judging by the difficulty some are having will be a loooonnnnggg wait in the queue

Ive gone and got tickets to sit elsewhere. Saves the chew spending hours on the phone.
I get that too - but the tiny writing shows ST for 2019/20. I presume that’s okay to use? I’ve had the same ticket since 2017/18

I have purchased mine and my sons S/T seats then bought seat next to us for my grandson who is not a S/T holder. He has an id but I didn’t need it as his ticket is just assigned to my id.

The website isn’t the most user friendly at all. Is it still ran by ticketmaster?
I can get my reserved tickets in the basket load onto card but when I press proceed to checkout nothing happens
