no he just got to wait the manager out, and smash his loan again so people keep the pressure on why he isnt playing.I wonder if he's going to follow a (less good) Dele Alli career path.
he would also have to smash it in the premier league and for his country to do a deli ali, at the moment he is just a championship player that hasn't done the business in the premier league yet
clear disconnect between spurs board and the manager, which they have brought on by themselves as they should know he is a manager who wants everything his way or he prepared to bail.
not that it was wrong for them to sign spence for the future, as managers like him dont usually last a great deal of time, but I can help think the lad was lead down a path that was a clear dead end, will conte been part of that? I'm sure he must of spoken to him at some point before the transfer was acted on and told he can have a chance at making the team, obviously we don't know how he has trained and reacted to the opportunity. But Conte was keen very early on to point it that it wasn't his deal and probably thought decent option to have just incase
I never heard many good things about his attitude to training and how he conducted himself, woodgate said a few things about him on podcasts where he was winging with him from day one, so if he not gone there and been a total respectful pro and wanting to pay his dues to get in his team I can see Conte writing him off quickly.
