Southport Stabbings

Hopefully, but you'd think having guide on how to commit terrorist acts and actually being in the process of producing ricin make his motives pretty clear. Lets just hope that there's full disclosure after the trial, but I somehow doubt it.
Well of course there’s that, but we have a process to follow and then we’ll be able to make a more informed judgment at the end of it.

The way things are going, I don't think he will ever reveal his motive. From what I've read, he's refused to speak to police and to the courts. He just sits there with his jumper pulled up to his nose.

No issue with these scumbags going to hospital if mentally ill, as long as once they are medically fit they finish their full sentence in the big house

Should be starved and waterboarded until his dying days.

No he shouldn't, unless you'd happily do the job of starving and waterboarding him to his death?

If you believe in capital punishment, and would be employed to do ' it " ... Fair enough....

Waterboarding and starving to death is unnecessary torture, and no sane person would be able to do that to another...... Irrespective of the pay

This comes just a few weeks after the Manchester terrorist does something similar in jail. I thought the prison authorities said they were tighting up access to weaponised materials for terrorist murderers in jails after that. Doesn't appear to be working!

That's decades of cuts and outsourcing to the private sector for you.

Sadly predictable.

Why on earth are Prisoners allowed to boil water in their cells? On BBC News it's says its safer to allow prisoners to boil water than having guards bring hot water to the prisoners.

As a tax payer I'm quite happy for prisoners to forego the right to a brew. Let alone have a pot noodle in their cell.

This prisoner murdered three young girls and should be receiving very basic, no thrill meals.

Agree entirely but the human rights police might have something to say about that.

The prisoner in Frankland the other week had already seriously assaulted another prison officer in Belmarsh.

He is unlikely to ever be released from prison.

I believe every prisoner should be given a chance to comply with the regime and have a chance of a life in prison

He has had his chance to behave and confirm with prison life.

He has not taken that chance.

He in reality is a constant danger to prison officers, staff and potentially other prisoners.

In my opinion he should never, and I mean never be allowed to leave his cell without been handcuffed through the hatch before the door opens. He should be in his cell for 23 hours a day for the rest of his sentence.

Google Administrative Segregation in Texas - That is how he should be treated.
