I loved the colonel overtones of those adverts.
In fact quite a lot of 80s adverts have sinister overtones.

We go to Skirlaugh quite regularly to get on to the Hornsea rail trail, there is a car park by the old station just further on from the village towards Coniston. In fact, we were there last Sunday. We also walk the old rail trails either side of Market Weighton. One in the direction of Kiplingcotes and the other towards Holme on Spalding Moor and Selby. Small world ETMFC.Market Weighton too. My neice lives in Skirlaugh Boro born and bred.
