So given a fully fit squad (is that ever possible) what would Wilders starting 11 be ?

Not my choices, just thinking of style Wilder likes to play and how he might fit our current players into it.

Haven't put Dijksteel in because he just doesn't look right at moment, maybe new manager can sort him out
as last season he would have been 1st name on teamsheet.

Looking at it now written down in front of me thats probably what NW would have gone with given a fully fit squad.
 
His assistant manager is supposed to be a very good tactician. He might choose a different formation for the moment as we don’t have the wing backs. Not sure we have the right centre backs for it at the moment either
 
I will be interested in his views on Tav. A doyenne of this board for some and a significant contributor to our demise for others. He is in each team listed so far though!
 
Also how he looks at the fringe academy players Warnock wouldn’t give a chance too

Something tells me he won't implement the same formation and tactics with us as he did at Sheff United. We simply don't have the types of players suited to that role at the moment and who knows how long certain players will be out for.
 
I think he'll want to play Bola at CBL, we know he like the CBs to overlap and support down the wings.

Yeah I think he'll have to line us up differently to Shef U after he's assessed the squad fully, but.......

I'm also not sure he'll go straight in for 352 given the players at his disposal (there isn't a natural wing back at the club)

If he does however, wouldn't surprise me to see McNair RWB. Would expect an advanced role for Payero, potentially playing just behind Uche and Sporar.

I personally think Watmore will have a struggle getting into the team with his style of play.
