HUAWEI Watch Fit 3
Very light, great battery life.
Got the OnePlus watch 2 Nordic edition before Xmas. From a health tracking perspective it does leave a little to be desired but I think compatibility with nutricheck isn't great unless you have a Garmin or apple watch. Other features are great tho and impressive 4+ day battery life.
Looks great too.
That's one of the best featuresBrilliant watch but feeds the Chinese with all your data and will explode on midnight August 8th 2088.
Based on Dr. Eggman from sonic I thinkLooks great?
Looks angry.
I think it's a fabulous looking watch as I said I have the lesser 2r which has the same internals but a cheaper case, glass and strap and it shoes. Rare to find a smart watch that looks good as a watchLooks great?
Looks angry.
Niche case in point but have just done a yin yoga class (i know, I know) and selected the "meditation" workout on ohealth (it's tracking app) it kept sending me alerts asking if the workout was over because I hadn't moved much. Kind of needs to learn what meditation is!Got the OnePlus watch 2 Nordic edition before Xmas. From a health tracking perspective it does leave a little to be desired .
Did you get the Galaxy Watch Ultra? I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and got the Ultra watch for Christmas. Like you, I've had other Galaxy watches before this, but unlike you, I don't think I'm making the most of it. Any tips or suggestions of useful stuff would be gratefully received!I was going to comment similar to Kilburn.
I would say that if you have a Samsung phone (??), go for a samsung smart watch. I've had the Watch 3, Watch 4 and just about to pull the trigger on their new Galaxy Watch Ultra. As you can tell I've been very impressed with the Samsung watches.
If it's sleep tracking you are after as one of the main features, I can attest to the fact that these watches are excellent for that.
Mine tracks my sleep (heart rate, O2 levels, awake time, REM sleep, deep sleep, etc etc.) It also uses your phone (if it's near to you while you sleep), to record your snoring. You can play back the audio file if it detects you snoring. Handy for detecting sleep apneoa (there was a thread on this the other day).
That's my experience with the galaxy watches for what it's worth. I think they're excellent.
I've got a Huawei GTe. Bes theatre is the 2 week almost battery life.Garmin Forerunner 55 which I believe is their most basic model (available for around £100) and its brilliant.
Only minor issue is while running it only shows current pace per km in multiples of 5 seconds e.g. you can be running at 3:53 per km and it shows as 3:55 or 3:50, but this is a minor gripe.
If you're only using it for basic things there's little point going for one of the more expensive models.
Battery life is amazing; had an expensive Apple Watch beforehand which was terrible.
Yeah the fitness element is strange at times. I only really wanted the step tracking and even though that is inaccurate, it's typically a "right side" failure - i.e. I've walked more steps than I'm tracking.Niche case in point but have just done a yin yoga class (i know, I know) and selected the "meditation" workout on ohealth (it's tracking app) it kept sending me alerts asking if the workout was over because I hadn't moved much. I got the fenix 7 in November, its a little bit more pricey but its brilliant for sleep tracking and maps. the Pace Pro Pacing Feature is great for hitting certain times/targets during running aswell. Also interested in following this post.
Main priorities are heart rate, sleep, steps, GPS tracking also.
Not really bothered about text/phone calls as I don't think I'd use it for that.
sounds faulty - you should return itI've got a Huawei GTe. Bes theatre is the 2 week almost battery life.
I think it must not be work properly though as it never seems to be able to get close to 3.55 km pace. Doesn't seem to go that low. Must work in multiples of 10.
Curious as to how the fitbit caused this; I know most people don't need reminders to keep healthy but surely being conscious of exercise requirements and tangible health-related things like heart rate and calories is a good thing overall?I got a FitBit and used it for about 3 months until I realised how a smart watch can raise anxiety, feel guilt, and dictate patterns in your life. I don't wear any watch now and don't have any trackers on my mobile phone for the number of steps etc.
