A bloke i know (Russ Keefe) plays keyboards for Slade (he was doing the same for the bay city rollers!) - got his own blues band TBelly.

Slade in Flame is their best album IMO. Moved them on from the traditional Slade formula of the very early hits.
 
Thats a nice photo, wouldnt it be great if they all met up for a pint for old times sake. I remember they were called Ambrose Slade and were a 'skinhead' band. I saw them a few times in the 70's, Scarborough was a good show. I had the silk scarf and my favourite song is Gudbuy T Jane.
