It wasn't their initial policy, but they've backed down (probably as everyone was cancelling).

Has anyone actually tried to do this? I tried to remove the channels online and was told to call a number. I called the numbder and it said all billing and products calls aren't currently being taken and it hung up. That's dodgy if you can't even cancel.

I got through but they said the wait was up to an hour!

We managed to get sorted with Virgin yesterday.

Looks like they are asking you to wait until Friday. There’s only so many re runs of the 2018 Oz Grand Prix I can watch
