Simon Jordan - Opinions?

A mate of mines dad was one of his early business partners in the phone thing, made his money and checked out. Hasn't lifted a finger since. He's a horrible bloke who my friend has nothing to do with anymore, his dad hates Jordan. So if that's anything to go by he's probably all right 😂
 
👍 I tend to agree with a lot of his points. Seems fair and reasoned when he speaks. And when White is clearly playing the journalist and trying to twist peoples words, he puts him in his place.
 
bit of a rentaquote, almost as much as his awful partner. But like a broken clock he's right twice a day.

Probably a tad unfair, he does put a lot of effort into his thoughts, he isn't a lazy bandwagoner, but I think on occasion he tries to be too contrary.
 
putting yourself up for punditry is a very difficult task. what sort of person would escape the wrath of the masses - is it even possible? the audience are so demanding & diverse, perhaps they need to be more accepting of different personalities, and not so narrow minded
 
Even though I don’t mind him I find his mainstream media bashing shtick a bit boring considering he’s been a regularly newspaper columnist over the years and is a broadcaster on such a big platform.
 
I would put him in the "I dont like him, but dont know why" category

Do I still get some marks for getting the right answer even if I dont know how I did it?
 
What I would say is he's better than people like Trevor Sinclair who just spout conspiracies and uneducated opinions.

It's funny you say that about Sinclair. He's just came out and said the Russian woman who held the sign up on the news channel has gone missing, Jordan had to step in and explain that isn't true and that she's been fined £200 odd.
 
One of my clients had dealings with Simon Jordan, he said he was full of himself initially but once he got over himself he was a decent guy. I can't listen to Talksport other than listening to the odd commentary.
 
talking of thick presenters on talk sport i really dont understand why they have employed Gabby Agbonlahor hes atrocious and thick as mince
