Simon Clarke really 'gets it' doesn't he?

I only have two balls. Or I did last time I checked and I don't remember losing any.

They're dead good though. Perfectly spherical, just like everyone else's.
If you ever do lose any my people will be happy to help you find them again. They're really good at that kind of thing.

Wasn't justifying it at all. An innocent post about decoys and bringing people into the village turns me into Kraven the Hunter.
To be fair, you also challenged those condemning the hunt by questioning whether they are also vegetarians. Suggesting such a stance would be hypocritical.

You also said that people should be aware of food production processes as if that somehow mitigates the cruelty of the hunt.

People aren’t getting personal they are just responding to counter points you have raised whilst you condemned the hunt.

Most working farmers that I have met have no truck with the Hunt. A bunch of Toffs and city boys 'n' gals riding around causing damage to fences and gates and doing absolutely nothing helpful about foxes. If a farmer has a "problem" fox that is killing chickens he generally will get a game keeper to come and shoot it, not a bunch of chinless feckwits in fancy dress.

As for the stupid assertion that if you are against fox hunting you should be vegetarian at least if not vegan, look up the following phrases; "false equivalence" and "straw man argument" but mostly consider that you might just be making a prat of yourself, trying to look clever but achieving the opposite.
